   What really impresses me and makes me stick with Just Host is there fabulous technical support. They help you every step of the way and their tutorial are a massive help. I have not experienced any downtime and I’ve been hosting with them for 6 months which is really saying something as that’s so important to my ecommerce site. No complaints on their control panel, it is so easy to use and has lots of cool extras that can really help with SEO.

   I have had a very positive experience with Just Host as they are always helpful whenever I’ve needed to contact them, which luckily isn’t often. I had a query over my billing and the lady on the phone was so helpful and went out of her way to explain the situation and it made me very happy with my choice of host. I’ve have never had any problems with my emails which has always been an issue in the past.
   I would highly recommend Just Host and would advise everyone’s first stop is their tutorials as they have been a big help to me.

   I have 3 sites with JustHost and I am happy I chose them as my host. One account is a local humane society that depends on uptime for outreach to the community and passing along information about fund raising events. I have never had a problem with downtime. 2 other domains are hosted on a second account. 1 being personal (must admit I haven’t done anything with it) and the second being a commercial site for my wife’s insurance business. With our previous host, believe me, when it went down, I heard about it. Since moving to JustHost, I don’t have to any more!
